Building on the popularity of Sophie's range of gourmet ready-made pies, this book will offer inventive new takes on the classic dish. Recipes include both savoury and sweet, modern and traditional, from classic favourites such as Steak and Kidney pudding to pies for the real connoisseur like Duck with Figs. Five recipes so far, and every one a winner. We especially recommend the Apple-Ginger Upsidedown Pie, which is basically a Tartin with a little zip. There are several more recipes we want to get to, but the ones we've made are so good we just keep going back to them.

I loved this book! It gave me so many wonderful new ideas, and all the recipes I hve tried so far have worked a treat!

I thoroughly recommend this book!
