I bought this book for my son, because he will be doing his SATs test next year. The contents are listed from week 1 to week 8 with everything listed from fraction, ratio angles and lots more, it also has practice test and mental maths test at the back.
It is really helping my son to improve on certain areas that he feels is the weakest. I would recommend this.

Excellent books. Right up to date with new SATs changes and bonus of new style tests. Everything you need for childrens success.

This book is much better than the competition. It is larger and much better organized. It contains 40 lessons, each typically taking a two page spread. The first page contains some notes to read, the second page contains an exercise to do. If you do one of these each day (It should only take about 30 minutes or less), you can complete the book in 8 weeks, assuming you don't do any study at the weekend.

This book contains most of the material required for KS2, and reinforces what is often taught badly in junior schools. The book is aimed for the weaker or average student. Most of whom should achieve a level 4 at least in their SATs paper by year 6.

I used this book with my son when he was in year 4. Even then he found the book undemanding, so I had to use a Letts Key stage 3 classbook.
