This book is about three teenagers who are junior police officers in PIC(the police version of MI5). The storyline is that someone is trying to sabotage PIC. Maddie, one of the trainee's and the chief superintendants daughter gets suspended when she is found with planted drugs. In the end it is a race against time to save PIC.

This book is for 12-15 years olds but some younger children could read it to as there are no explicit scenes of swear words.

Before reading this book you should make sure you have read the others in the series witch in order are:
Deep end
Countdown
Final Shot
Kiss and Kill
Full throttle
Meltdown
