4.0 out of 5 stars a nice little book, which is highly useful, 9 Feb 2002
By mr_c1999@hotmail.com (glasgow, scotland) - See all my reviews
Here we have a cut-down integration of Leil's other works, which is easy to read, easy to understand and easy to carry-out. Leil guides the reader through simple, practical techniques which range from 'hang by you teeth' to 'sticky eyes', despite they're strange names they are extremely useful and help put theory into practice.
Unlike other self-help / psychology books, Leil's not only says what to do but also, as mentioned, gives easy ways to carry out the advice.
Anyone who needs some tips on how to get on better with people should buy this little book, but for those who want a deeper knowledge of dealing with people should try some of her expanded books.
Overall, a worthwhile book, with lot's of useful tips and advice such as: wear a whatzit - an unusual item or badge - as a conversation starter. Definitely worth a read.
