This book is packed full of easy to use instructions, diagrams and photos. The only thing I would have liked was a complete body map with all the major points shown, but that aside it is an excellent book, which I have used time and again to great effect.

It has useful common sense health tips too and that combined with the acupressure techniques and warnings about when not to use certain points, you should have all you need for a healthy, stress free, pain free life.
