About the Author
Mira Mehta began Yoga as a child with B.K.S. Iyengar. She is the organiser and principal teacher of The Yogic Path courses in London and writes regularly for Yoga & Health magazine. Previously published titles include the best-selling Yoga: The Iyengar Way and How to Use Yoga.
