About the Author

Judy Hall is the author of twelve books including The Art of Psychic Protection (which has been translated into eleven languages including Romanian and Hebrew). She was trained in psychic protection by the late Christine Hartley (Dion Fortune's literary agent and Western-mystery tradition colleague). Judy has run psychic development groups for over twenty-five years. She is a workshop leader for The College of Psychic Studies in London and teaches psychic protection all over the world.

You do not find these days such valuable and well written books. Ms Hall gets to the point and explains everything in a no nonsense, straightforward manner. She accompanies each case with the essences and crystals that can help and she is crystal clear about everything!

I cannot recommend this book enough, it is an absolute must and a life saver. Well done Ms Hall. Keep up your excellent work

This book provides a wealth of information on the broad topic of psychic protection; what it is; what we need to know, why we need it and how to do it on many levels. To understand the need for psychic protection it is helpful to understand about the Aura and Chakras, what they are and how they work. In short; the aura is a luminous subtle energy field that surrounds a physical body and Chakras are subtle energy wheels within the body that resonate at different frequencies. The aura and Chakras are energy fields vibrating at a rate normally undetectable by the human eye and brain; but some people have the ability to see them. The key aspect here is `energy'. The human body was once thought to be solid matter, but through quantum physics we now know that our body consists of 99.999% empty space that is filled with energy.

Psychic protection is anything that strengthens your aura and creates a safe place. "Creating a safe space around yourself; screening out unwanted thoughts and feelings from, and preventing energy loss to other people or places". The book provides a variety of very helpful information about protecting our own energy from the energy of people or places. It's interesting to learn that thoughts are energy, emotions are energy.

The book identifies why psychic protection is required and provides a rich array of information and tools to help you protect yourself in ways that suit you best. Different situations requiring different types of protection are explained very well and are accompanied with details of flower essences and crystals that can be used in protection methods. A very useful and informative book; it's packed with information and facts to keep you grounded, aware of potential ways your energy can be lost or attacked, and how to go about staying safe and protected.
