Product Description
Synopsis
Did you catch a cold two months ago which has never really been shaken off? Has your child been suffering from repeated ear infections? Are you worried about your child's asthma or your own congested chest? This book takes a fresh look at the immune system and the lymphatic system and its role in fighting infection. The key messages in the book include: how to perform manual lymphatic drainage massage at home to clear blockages; what foods to avoid; how damaged tonsils/blocked lymph nodes are the cause of so many modern illnesses; how keeping your children too warmly wrapped up and heating their bedrooms is a great error; and how positive ions in air conditioning and fan heaters damage the body. It explains how fresh air is crucial, that we need regular exercise to stimulate the muscles that pump lymph around the body, that our kids need germs to help them to build their power to fight bacteria, and that sanitized homes are wrong.

5.0 out of 5 stars AN OVERWHELMING ENTHUSIASM WILL PUSH YOU TO KEEP ON READING, 2 Mar 2001
Here is a factual book written by a DOCTOR but you don't need to be a Doctor to understand! His use of examples is enlightened - comparing the drainage of the lymphatic nodes to a "sewage pipe which leads into one big pipe at the end of the village and, eventually flows into the river ... equivalent to returning to the bloodstream - everything that was harmful has been made safe..."

I WARN YOU: Once you have picked up this book, you will be fully engrossed. An exciting and overwhelming enthusiasm will push you to keep on reading.

An immense clarity and understanding will prevail when you think back to all those past ailments that you, your friends and family have had - with the help of this book YOU WON'T HAVE (so much) AGAIN! I want EVERYONE to have a copy: mothers with babies, asthma sufferers, those extra-extra clean people that think they are doing the right thing - WRONG!

I cannot shout it load enough: BUY THE BOOK NOW! Buy it for yourself, your best friend, your neighbour, your Boss!
