I have a deep interest in Africa and its natural wildlife .This book is one of the best I have read to date.It is written with warmth and beauty.The descriptions of the animals and their antics are amazing,often humorous,sometimes touching,sometimes frightening.Through this book you want to be with this brave couple in their Kalahari camp,though deep inside grateful for the safety and comfort of home.
If you enjoy Laurens Van Der Post,chances are you will love this one.
