Unlike the similar Ordnance Survey series of cycle routes, the Collins guides do not feature comprehensive maps. As a result, navigation on some of the routes can be difficult, especially where the written guidance is ambiguous or wrong, or if you wish to vary the route. However, coupled with a good map, there are some excellent routes put together here, and graded easily for distance and effort.
