5.0 out of 5 stars Difficult to put down, 28 Aug 1999
By A Customer
This is an excellent adventure/crime story of the type which holds your attention all the way through. Another of those books you don't want to stop reading until the final word.

5.0 out of 5 stars An excellent read!, 24 Sep 2000
By A Customer
This review is from: Honour Among Thieves (Hardcover)
An excellent read, one of Archers' best. It is 1993 and the only remaining Gulf war principal player remaining in power is Sadam Hussein. An ingenious plot to humiliate the US infront of the whole world is unravelling and a special task force is set out by the US to retrieve the document due to butned infront of the whole world. This book leaves you thinking, did it really happen?

3.0 out of 5 stars Enthralling, Entertaining and not too Political, 22 Oct 1998
By A Customer
This review is from: Honour Among Thieves (Hardcover)
Mr Archer has succeeded in creating a novel which does not reflect his political background, and keeps the reader entertained and on the edge of their seat. He has done a good job of creating a novel which shadows but doesn't overshadow the iraqi regime.
