I hope they honour the deal, it's a great price for him. He's sold out though, not sure if that means that they've gotten all the orders they were expecting or the item will be canceled and we'll be asked to pay over £200 for him. I can't afford that.
I think there will be a lot of annoyed amazonians if they don't honour the sale of op! But I'd like to add that if this is I typo and the price has been accidentally submitted then they should honour the sales and then people who order more than say 2 should have it cancelled to allow genuine collectors a chance to purchase a what's otherwise an expensive item.
Agreed! I was looking on the toys R us website for weeks for this as I thought it was a TRU exclusive, only found out about it today and it has already sold out, seemingly being sold to people all around the world (I've seen posts from people in the states and Australia buying them!)
Well if they don't honour the price agreement and don't ship a 100% complete MP-10 Optimus Prime without a viable and reasonable explanation then they'll likely lose a lot of faith from costumers since word of mouth can spread fast if they turn around and show themselves to be two faced and not caring at all for honouring agreements that they make with their costumers. After all if it wasn't for their costumers then Amazon wouldn't exist. That's something that many companies forget, we are the ones who keep them going by buying from them, without us they would have no money, no costumers and no existence.
Well, that's hardly fair - I ordered three with the intent of two of them being used as gifts for my friends who collect TFs' next birthdays. Should my order be cancelled, despite the fact I'm a genuine collector who also happens to be generous? No - it's either cancel -all- orders or none. Any middle ground approach will end up stitching someone along the way.
Ordered on the 30th, and just had it cancelled. Didn't receive an email, but noticed it wasn't showing up in my account. Just did a live chat with customer services and the guy said the order was cancelled due to mispriced listing on their site. Oh well, thought it was too good to be true.
