It arrived in pretty poor shape, as if it had been returned, repacked by somebody else then shipped forward to us. The battery failed to charge. Measurements revealed that the power supply was ok, so it was a broken unit. The unit was also purchased because we wanted a cheap word processor to capture ideas on the go. We thought it had a simple version of Windows on it. It arrived with Android, which is ok, but no Word Processor. The vendor then gave us some instructions on how to install one via an email, but failed to attach the software to their support email. When we said we wanted to return the netbook, they said there would be a restocking charge and that we would be billed for the software that was never shipped or mailed. At this point, we repacked the unit and posted it back, sending email to remind the vendor that goods must be as advertised and fit for purpose. The unit we received was neither. We would never buy another EPC product (very cheaply designed) and would never use this vendor ever again. It was the worst experience we have ever had buying anything on-line.

Great netbook with lots of functionality, I am very happy with the product and recommend it to anyone looking for a product that is portable, slim line and has all the basics. The netbook will link up to your desktop through active sync, the same way you might connect a mobile. Data can be transferred between the two.
The only problem is that additional software is harder to install and the lack of it means unless you know where to find it and how to install it (some software requires you to download it to your desktop first then transfer a specific file to your netbook.
I knew this before I bought it so I wasn't disappointed. It has far more usable functions than my phone and it is also cheaper. I wanted it for book keeping, writing a book and watching films which it does well. If you want a netbook that can do everyting your desktop or laptop can do then this is not for you.
I think this is great for children too because programs can't easily be installed so they can't download virus riddled files and with no moving hard drive it has no moving parts that can get damaged (hard drive is solid state).

I still can't believe how good this netbook is, I have downloaded a lot more software now including: windows spreadCE, another E-book reader with more functionality, games emulator complete with SNES games and others, dictionay and I am currently debating on wether to take the plunge and buy softmaker. Softmaker is allmost as expensive as the netbook though but is as good as office 2010 suite.
I have watched sleepy hollow, prison break and listened to music whilst doing work on this netbook without any problems. I have copied work from the netbook to my windows 7 and also from my desktop back onto the netbook without any problems. The only thing which could be better would be if people would dedicate a little bit of time to develop netbook specific applications and patches for when programs get updated (there is a patch for youtube if it doesn't work but can't find one for skype yet) and also a few more apps just generally (linux version of this netbook has lots more programs although there are pros and cons to both operating systems).

got this netbook for my b-day and was really happy , it looked and felt great internet worked fine i was really happy.however 3 months on and what a dissapointment it won't connect to the wifi , battery power last 20 minutes. really angry , dad is going to get a computer expert in but it is a waste of money you might aswell pay the extra £100 odd pounds to get a proper high quality netbook overall bad quality and wate of money.
