Paul, if you look on all the other descriptions of the similar Adobe products, it states the same thing, even on the Adobe website. I also ordered yesterday but have no worries as Amazon have always been good on returns, in my personal experience. I'm not sure though what would be omitted from a version to make it incomplete?.

Rupert, you are correct, all other Amazon offers for this product have same descriptions so I now feel happy all will be well

As long as it does what it claims in the blurb I'll be happy enough. From what I can see Elements 12 offers nothing new over Elements 2 so far as image editing goes. Premiere elements looks easy but I've only tried it out, have yet to do serious editing and importing own sounds etc. One damned nuisance is that Help topics are only on-line. I turn the internet off so I can also turn security off for some of my software so getting help is a pain. I'm not enamoured of this on-line intrusion. I paid the money I expect simply to be able to use the product without the internet. Thankfully I got it as a deal from Amazon so if I have to turn to other software I've only lost a few quid. For Photoshop elements 12 I can use the help from Elements 2 to get what I need.

I had the same thoughts after reading Mr Osbornes report but like others, I am very happy with the product and have had no problems with the bundle

Hi there SMV06, the serial numbers for mine were on the white pull-out box which contains the two cds. If they are not there i'm sure if you contact Amazon they will sort it.
