This charger maybe used with a Clié PEG-TH55 as well as other Clié models. A three wire ribbon cable rewinds into the large cigarette-lighter plug when the retract button is pressed and can be pulled out when it is needed. The cable is about 0.9m long. Unfortunately the ribbon cable is far too flimsy and can't take any rough handling. I put it in my glove box in the retracted state but the cable broke off within the first few days. I would recommend buying a standard non-retractable charger with proper cable strain relief.
