Well there there seems to be varying reviews, but hopefully mine can still help.My mum has been a chef for many years and a cook all her life... she knows a good knife. To cut it short the largest of the 3 knifes is sharper than any of her steel knifes and shes really pleased considering she'll use that one the most. The medium size knife is less sharp but still as sharp as her steel knifes. The smallest knife is sharp along 20% of the blade (nearer the handle), but up from there it's very disappointing, she prefers one of her cheap serrated steel knifes; which I have seen cut veg better - even without sawing! I guess its not a bad price for the 3 knifes, but if the medium and small knifes were as sharp at the larger knife it would be excellent value for money. I have not tried contacting the manufacturer yet to see if they can sharpen them, this might be my next stop.

Well I wasn't sure what to expect but liked the look of ceramic knives. Wow- they are just a joy to use. Makes a task like cutting up an onion finely so much easier and quicker. It also cuts down on the washing up- you literal rinse for a couple of seconds after use and they are perfectly clean and ready for use again.

eKitch ceramic knife SET, 3 knives in presentation box 6" 5" and 4" - cook like a proDelivery was very quicker than expected so I was impressed by that response. The knives came in a presentation case but each has it's own plastic blade protector. Tried them out on a tomato and was very pleased to find I could cut super thin slices. My best stainless steel knife is not able to cut that thin. Initial impressions are very good. I am considering buying another set as a present for my daughter.
