A knife is a knife - isn't it? No! A ceramic knife is a whole new experience. A very pleasant surprise. I've tried the most expensive knives (at the homes of friends) but none have compared to the ceramic - you can cut the thinnest of slices with ease, even a dolt like me

Sharper than most knives, it is very good for cutting various foods. Slicing fruits is a real pleasure now, hands won't get covered with fruit juices!

Bought as a Christmas. present and judging by the thank you I got of my son in law, its the best thing in the world. He absolutely loved it. and said ceramic knives are the way forward. Praise indeed
