Having tried a couple of other similar products, this is the best yet. The flexible arm is bent into a curly state at the time of packaging and deliberate or not, it's the ideal position to light the screen!
This seems a little brighter than other models with a good spread that prevents any darker areas. The padded clip is exactly the right size for the Kindle as it sits on the edge ensuring a snug, movement-free fit.
Definitely recommended.

Really excellent product. Given all the critical reviews of alternatives I am glad I chose this. Very light in weight but sturdily made. Fits very securely but unobtrusively. Shines a consistent light of just the right degree of brightness across the whole page with no flickering. Clamp does not obscure any of the page. Looks, works and feels like a high quality design and manufacture but at a very low price. Appears purpose built to work perfectly with any Kindle (even if it wasn't). Best light position is at the top of a Kindle in the middle but the device will attach securely all the way round. Battery included and is one of the miniature ones so it doesn't make the Kindle feel top heavy. Thoroughly recommended! And no I don't work for the company!!

Bought this for my boyfriend's kobo touch - attaches to the kobo really well and provides enough light to read in low light. Would definitely recommend this product.
