I have used this software for about two months now, mainly to convert video files to audio files. It is very troublesome and hardly ever completes a full conversion of the file constantly identifying errors, I thought that this was probably down to poor quality dvds with scratches etc but this morning I have tried to convert a dvd that was recorded only once and hasn't a blemish on it. It only managed to convert 21% of the file. It's cheap for a reason, I am now going to have to invest in some more expensive software and I would advise anyone else to avoid this product.
