Very disappointing. Totally a waste of money.
Firstly,it doesn't keep the mug warm unless it's a metallic one. Nobody mentioned it anywhere in the description on the website. They mention it in the directions inside the box (too late...).
Also,the usb hub is 1.1 which is not compatible with the usual usb.
So, don't buy it.

Amazon Verified Purchase
Its simple plug in and go. works as a 4 way USB port and also heats your warm beverage to keep it at drinking temperature for a prolonged period of time. Very happy with this little gadget.

Ideal gift for a person who likes gadgets. My son says it keeps he tea warm as he has the cup as well. He also finds having the extra USB ports very useful. And it is certainly good value for money.

It's a good gadget but not very useful, it doesn't warm a drink or keep a drink warm.. The additional USB ports are handy and this was a fun present though not practical
