Figures and furniture are fine but the house is very flimsy compared to other playhouses my daughter has. Landings and staircase don't latch on properly. Overall, poor quality and did not live up to expectations.

I bought this for both my daughters for christmas. They both really love Peppa Pig and have quite a few of the characters. I like the way the house folds up so compact and loved the fact that it comes with all the furniture. (don't have to buy all that separately).

The only thing I am a little disappointed in is the bedroom flooring. The bathroom flooring that goes over the kitchen has a little side support so this stays in place, but there isn't one on the bedroom flooring and there is a little groove in the side wall where the bedroom floor slots into, but our walls are slightly bent and doesn't sit in the groove so the bedroom flooring is constantly falling down. Also comes with yet another Peppa and George and my kids (having collected quite a few different PP sets have loads of Peppa and George). Would have been better to have Mummy Pig and Daddy Pig. (Can't seem to find Daddy Pig for love nor money at the moment).

When we opened our Peppa Pig house the way the item had been packaged meant that the banister on the stair got slightly bent over and no matter what I do to it, it always ends up back in the bent position.

Other than those little gripes the kids love it and it gets played with quite a lot. Just need to find a Daddy Pig and we're have very happy kids.
