Your stylish round serving cast iron casserole is multi-purpose. It can be used on the hob, in the oven and under the grill in addition to being used for serving at the table.
Cast iron is perfect for slow cooking either in the oven or on the hob and is perfect for doubling up as a roasting dish. The natural heat retention properties of cast iron means that your food will be kept warmer for longer after removing from the heat.
The almost indestructable top coat of enamel makes cleaning easy either by hand or in the dishwasher. For stubborn burnt on food it is advisable to soak the Casserole for several hours before cleaning.
