I bought this 4 months ago. Right from the start I did not like the shelving design. The angles were wrong and cups would fall over on the ledges, or there would not be enough height room. The very first day the upright supports popped off and were extremely awkward to fix back. All desperately fiddly. There is a little bracket which the supports swivel into, but it is like one of those Christmas Cracker puzzles trying to work out which way it goes, and you need a degree in engineering to get them on again. There are little hooks which attach to the wirework, but where exactly? I am a very practical person but found great difficulty in reassembling them and even when I got it back it had a slackness about it that told me that this is not going to last - couldn't stand ten years of it. Coming down this morning to the wretched things having popped off again I have had enough and got straight on the phone to John Lewis - the supplier - and am changing it for another model - probably NOT Neff. The trouble is that you cannot use it for cups, etc., without these supports as they would just fall over and bash into one another. The rest of the machine may well be wonderful, but without these supports it is frankly useless.
