MSI have equipped the U100 with a 10 inch wide LCD display as opposed to the typical smaller sizes to provide better comfort while viewing or reading. In addition, the resolution can relieve concerns of the full display of WebPages while browsing, giving you the freedom when exploring the internet. The U100 is embedded with LED power-saving backlight technology to provide better colour fullness and brightness, elevating the total quality of imagery. In addition the lower power usage offers an increased operating time. The U100 is equipped with the capability of magnifying text within software, so you may magnify any of the words displayed freely, making it easier when you are viewing photos, editing or reading documents. The chassis of th U100 is approximately 26 cm in length and 18 cm in width. Not only small, it is extremely thin with a thickness of only 19 mm (closed). With the battery fitted the 1 Kg weight makes the U100 ideal for taking on the go. In addition to the selection of a 10 inch display, MSI have the same persistence for proper ergonomical design as far as the keyboard is concerned. The keyboard of the U100 not only has great texture, it also increased space between the keys allowing you to be as comfortable as you can. Plus, the ingeniously designed spacebar and touchpad aviod strain. The WIND U100 offers a complete entertainment interface, including 4 in 1 Card Reader (with support for SD, MMC, MS, and MS Pro), LAN, WLAN and Bluetooth.
