This little strobe has proven invaluable over the last three years I've had it.
When the visibility is poor, and I've been in some truly murky and dark places in my time, it's been faultless and really made difference in helping stay noticed. I've used it on wreck entry points tied to the line to assist in finding the way back and highlight where we went in should I have had need of rescue. It helped me/us find the rest of our party on separation. The visibility is quite impressive, and I've had a max recorded depth of 36 meters without fault.
I don't know if they have changed the build since I bought mine but my strobe uses 1 C-cell battery and lasts for ages, rather than 4 AA-Cells in the description. I added a healthy coating of silicone grease to the threads and double O-ring seals and I've never had a leak.
The Velcro strap is of a decent size allowing ease of use even in 5 mil gloves. so it can be quickly fastened to almost anything. While switching on/off is easily done by twisting the bottom through 90 degrees.

I like this so much I'm thinking of buying a second one so I can leave one on my BCD and use the other as a marker
