This really does what the title implies. It is light to use compared with my old washer. All the implements are on the handle or back of it. It is easy to fill and empty. It is the size of a largish vacuum cleaner. It does a brilliant job!

It works very well on the carpets and manages to clear out stains and spots. I also cleaned our beige coloured sofa sets (6 seater with recliner) and have good results. OK it doesn't make them like new but it's certainly cheaper than £150 quote I had for professional cleaning and acceptable results plus I have also cleaned Ikea chairs which can now be used in the living room having a fresh look. I bought this from Bisselldirect so managed to get a bargain.

Overall I have saved more than I bought already so very pleased with the purchase. I would suggest that cleaning is better for carpets but I also wanted upholstery cleaning so not disappointed with the results. I will be placing order for cleaning formula today as liquid provided works for 4-5 tank which is very limited.

Hope this helps someone looking for a purchase !

This machine was so disappointing! Yes, its light and easy to use and yes the carpet will be dry. But the coffee marks and paw marks will still be there. If you have dogs get the proheat.
