The Bradley Cold Smoke Adapter is designed to enhance the low temperature performance of the three models of Bradley Smoker that are sold complete with cabinets.
That is the Original, and the two models of Bradley Digital smokers.
From savory cheeses to Norwegian-style cod, mackerel, and salmon, this adapter makes it possible to cold smoke a variety of delicious favorites using any standard Bradley smoker.
Its flexible bypass piping construction attaches the bisquette burner to the exterior of the smoking box, allowing foods to cold smoke without overheating.
While hot-smoked foods utilize both high heat and smoke to infuse that familiar savory spiciness, cold smoking requires minimal heat, instead relying upon the smoke to cure the meat or cheese.
