The new HT11 from HANNSpree is an ideal 'second' TV solution which delivers performance and style to any room in the house...The HT11 offers a practical yet reasonable 19" screen with a super wide viewing angle of 170º to ensure visual perfection no matter where you watch from. Having a smaller screen does not mean performance has to be sacrificed, the HT11 boasts a HD ready 1280x1024 resolution, twin TV tuners (including a digital tuner delivering the full Freeview channel line up) and 252 page teletext. This TV is well built with a sturdy remote control. Its not widescreen as advertised on amazon but a 4:3 and its German.

Good points: picture is clear and sharp and a heavy sturdy remote control.

Bad points: the TV is not interactive even when using freeview, which means that when you watch bbc news and you want to use the red button, it does not work. The sound is tinny like you are listening to a small cheap transistor radio. No bass whatsoever.
When watching freeview, you are unable to see all the channels, the radio is separated from main freeview channels.
I was disappointed with the tv as I really did liked the shape of the screen and clarity of the picture and it is quite easy to set up. I am not really a widescreen lover so thats the reason why the tv appealed to me.
However, I would use this tv as a pc monitor.
For a better sound, its best linking it to your hi-fi system.

Just bought two for the bedrooms. Very easy to set up - only took me about 3 minutes and I am by no means a techy! All freeview channels are working in our area so no problems there. Can't say I really notice the tinny sound that others have commented on - a really good buy for what it is at very reasonable price.

Excellent picture and good value, bought 2 for the kids rooms, ideal for gaming and built in freeview is good feature. I know it's a cop out but peace and quiet is worth it sometimes!
Sound quality a bit tinny but good for all of the above.
