Important Notes:
1. The connector could be the weak point since there's no protection facilitated. Please put the iPod/iPhone on the table when connecting to the battery.
2. Please DO NOT try to charge the battery while it is charging your iPhone or iPod, it will lead to the malfunction of your battery.
3. Very few customers may meet the warming message "This accessory is not made to work with iPhone", the problem could be caused by one of following five reasons.
* Third party battery software
So far we have only met two defective unit which lead the same warning message shown on our test iphones. Most of our customer returned items did not show the warming messages on any of our 11 test iPhones 3gs and 2 iphone 4g, which are at the original default manufacturer setting, cleaning and empty.
third-party battery management software may cause some compatibility problems, we would like to suggest our customers to upgrade your iPhone firmware to the latest iOS 4.0 and remove all third-party battery management software to avoid possible problems.
* Dirty dock connector. This could be caused by some kind of debris or dust in your dock connector.
The solution entails cleaning the docking area of your phone. We suggest using a dry soft bristled tooth brush. Some people have suggested using compressed air and vacuum tools. However, please try not to damage the product by applying any aggressive method or even water cleaning.

* The item is defective
This product is very reliable with less than 0.1% faulty rate. However if you receive the un-working item, please do not hesitate to contact us for a replacement or refund.
