The De'Longhi ICM60 filter coffee machine is both practical and stylish in design. The digital programmable timer is easy to use. The integrated digital aroma feature ensures great tasting filter coffee. The ICM60 has a removable 1.8 litre capacity glass carafe which can serve up to 14 cups of coffee. The non drip device enables you to remove the carafe at any time including during the brewing process. Other features include 2 hour auto shut off, non slip feet and integrated cord storage.

    This is a very good coffee machine. The parts are easy to remove and clean, it keeps the coffee hot not just warm when left on the plate and makes a great cuppa. The one thing I will say as with most coffee makers it does take some time to brew. Filled up to the 5 cup mark normally takes about 10 minutes. 5 cup line fills 2 large mugs. Had this for 2 months now and very pleased and a bargain for under £30.

    We find this makes good coffee, especially when the aroma button is activated. The ability to remove the jug for a few moments, whilst the machine is brewing, has proved very useful. We do not usually use the stay hot facility but when tried it worked very efficiently.

    The ICM 60 is an excellent machine. It is stylish, and easy to operate and maintain. Most importantly, the coffee is very good, and it is possible to vary the strength to suit individual tastes.
    10 out of 10 so far BUT, we knocked the jug and cracked it (our fault entirely) and that is when the problems started.
    De Longhi put us on to the firm which supplies their spares, and we were told in mid April that there were no jugs in the UK and that the order from Italy would not arrive until late June.In view of the backlog at the spares supplier, we are unlikely to receive the replacement until early July, a wait of nearly 3 months.
    I spoke to De Longhi, who were totally indifferent and said it was nothing to do with them!
    Had I known about this level of service beforehand, I would not have bought the machine. Had the replacement been forthcoming within a few days as one might reasonably expect, I would have confidently awarded the product 4 or even 5 Stars.
