This is an excellently constructed shoe and I bought a pair of size 12. Unfortunately I have a high ankle and the tongue would not allow me to pull the shoe on.I did not return the product as I live in France and my daughter sent them from UK to me. So I thought no return I will modify and removed the first stitches of the tongue and lo and behold they went on with a struggle, it is a small 12 so if you have large feet be careful on the size you buy. If they had fitted without doubt 5 stars.
