Aqua Optima is a unique water filtration system that has been adopted by leading kettle manufacturers in the UK & Ireland including Kenwood, Morphy Richards, Russell Hobbs, Sabichi, LaCafetiere, Cookworks, Team & PowerOn filter kettles.

In addition to kettles, Aqua Optima cartridges can also be used with compatible fridge and counter top jugs by Morphy Richards, Russell Hobbs, Sabichi & Aqua Optima.

Aqua Optima water filter cartridges have a unique patented 5-step system to remove impurities and potentially harmful substances from tap water and maintain a consistent fast flow rate throughout the life of the product.

Clean, clear water
The fine particle filter in Aqua Optima cartridges helps removes sediments, giving you cleaner, purer better tasting water.

Better tasting hot and cold drinks
Aqua Optima uses a unique formulation reducing levels of herbicides, pesticides and chlorine by up to 80%. The activated carbon also helps prevent the unattractive oily film than can occur on the surface of hot drinks.

Improves the look and taste of cooked vegetables
Aqua Optimas layer of ultra fine mesh gives extra clarity to filtered water, improving the look and taste of cooked vegetables.

Reduces limescale extending appliance life
Calcium carbonate, common in hard water areas, causes the build-up of limescale in kitchen appliances. Using Aqua Optima filtered water will help extend the life of your kettle.

More economical than bottled water.
Bottled water is far more expensive and is actually less regulated than our domestic tap water. Aqua Optima filtered water works out at under 4p per litre a tenth of the cost of bottled water. Drinking filtered tap water also has far less impact on the environment, as most water bottles are non-biodegradable.

were a typical family of 4 and have been using all types of filters over the years. We bought the double life filters a while back with the Morphy Richards kettle and they actually last about 60 days!. Compared to the other 30 day filters they are great value, the Morphy kettle is ok so far as well....

I love my filter jug but do not want the hassle of constantly needing to buy replacement filters. With each Aqua Optima Double Life filter lasting for 60 days - the 6 pack actually gives me filtered water for 1 year. i do not need to think about replacement filters again for a very long time

these filters do not need to be thrown out for 2 months if you dont use much water unlike most others which you need to change after 30 days but if you use your filter alot then these are not double life they filter 200 litres of water instead of the more normal 150 litres so there is not much extra filtering and definately not double life, so there usefulness really depends on how much water you use. filter really quickly though and i like that.
