A great idea in theory, but poorly executed. I was hoping for a really interactive, safe, space-saving alternative to a regular playhouse. Unfortunately, the only thing that makes noise is the doorbell, the toy takes up tons of space when you need to move it aside to access the room, and it doesn't feel very safe. It doesn't secure to the doorway or wall, so it could topple over despite the supports (the yellow 'wings' in the photo). I jammed my own finger in the window shutter when setting it up, so I'm certain a child could too. My son loved it at first, but within five minutes, was bored. Not worth the size, potential to topple and jam fingers, and lack of bells and whistles.

Great "toy". Makes a handy alternative to an outdoor playhouse for the days when the weather is bad. Yes its big, but when we have kids we accept that. Plus it couldn't be any smaller and still be as much fun. We have two girls who love playing shop with it. The door bell is quaint at first but constant ringing gets a little annoying after a while. Fits the new 78cm doors well. Cannot be used as a door gate as it can be moved easily. The letter box, the two part opening door and the windows all serve for a lot of fun.

Overall, this is great fun (mainly for girls????) and I'd be happy to recommend it. Doesn't get five stars as it could do with being a little more sturdy.
