It may be black, but unlike some other silicon products, has good quality and thickness. You do need a baking tray under in order to remove from the oven as it is floppy.

At first I thought these were a bit pricey, but after using the product I realised they were great value for money, and so very easy to clean, which was the biggest bonus of all.

At last, a good size dish that I can cook my roasts in that doesn't need all the scrubbing and soaking after. Did a lovely beef joint + pots, quick soak then washed in hot soapy water, residue come off easily - job done. (Next time, I'll pop in dishwasher but just wanted to see how easy it was!) Great too for larger family size dishes - cottage pie's next to try. Thanks A+++
