The Mermaid name, long a favourite in professional circles, has become a domestic success over the last few years. Its heavy weight and hard-anodised exterior mean it will last a lifetime, even under harsh treatment. Among the many oven trays we have at home, the Mermaid always comes out first! Although it doesn't have a non-stick coating, Mermaid is 'easy-release' and, if something does get stuck-on, a quick soak sorts it out. Avoid putting Mermaid in the dishwasher as it can discolour the anodised surface.
