Designed especially for use with the Le Creuset Cast Iron Rectangular Dishes, providing a healthier way to roast. Made of strong, durable steel, which doesn't rust and won't react with food. The product is completely coated in non-stick, so that food releases with ease. Handles are well constructed for easy lifting, even while using bulky oven mitts. The rack holds meat away from the bottom of the pan, allowing the fat to drip away. Dishwasher safe for easy cleaning.
