Easy to follow yoga. Howevever, this yoga routine is so "careful" not to over-extend the full-figured participant, that it doesn't really challenge you enough. Just because someone is large doesn't mean they can't use a really good stretch. The postures we probably can't handle include headstands, holding up our weight with just 3 fingers etc. But we can still use challenging stretches, or stomach strengthening poses etc. And this DVD is a little too easy to really improve performance. I'm a size 20 but didn't feel as though the routine had exerted me in any way.
