The handle gets VERY hot and could do with being a bit longer(I have BIG hands :0) ) It cooks beautifully and the heat retention is phenomenal thus saving on the amount of fuel used to cook no doubt. Looks great but you need strong arms to lift it! At this price it's a steal...just wish it had a heat proof handle.

Just bought this pan at a very reasonable price and very pleased with it so far. Cooked steaks with it last night and they came out better than I could have hoped. They didn't stick and the pan was very easy to clean after a brief soak in soapy water. Buy this pan and you won't be disappointed.
