HASH(0x9999003c) out of 5 stars Astounding examples 21 Nov. 2005
By Tim Barrie - Published on
Format: Paperback
This book fundamentally changed the way I see people, health and life. It is full of great insights into stress and its effects on personal health. Everyone knows that stress can negatively affect our health but this book brings home, how and why and just how great the impact is. The author provides many great real world examples of the negative effect of stress in specific individual instances as well as its effect on larger populations. The examples are astounding, objective and detailed.

HASH(0x99d33378) out of 5 stars Enlightening, 28 Nov. 2007
By Jean Erasmus - Published on
Format: Paperback
A must read for reductionists and mystics alike. For reductionists: it might change your mind to look beyond the material world for the cause and cure of disease. For the mystic: a ray of light in the skeptic post Victorian world of cold materialistic empiricism.
