I am in my final year of university and considering a gap-year before starting work, and this book has been really helpful in giving me ideas and advice on where I can go and what I can do. There are so many options and opportunities available for gap-years so it is great to have a book that pulls it all together in one place. The photos also look great and have got me really itching to start planning what I want to do. Simple to use and packed full of information.

Helpful advice if you're going travelling, backpacking or on a volunteering project. Lots of details of companies who offer useful services and helped me remember little things like what to put in my first-aid kit and to sort out insurance.
