This is worse than bad. The writing is stilted and simple. Mary Higgins Clark should stick to writing on her own as her books are usually great.

Buy this book if you need somthing to swot flies with.

I knew within a couple of pages that this was not written by Mary Higgins Clark. Her writing has you hooked from page 1. It is a waste of paper and MHC should never have allowed her name on it.
MH is a brilliant story teller - sadly her daughter is not. I am pleased that I got this book from the library and therefore did not pay for it. I have looked at a couple of CHC's books in the library but knew from just a page that it was not worth reading.

I like MHC books anyway, and so I thoroughly enjoyed this Christmas tale. Another page-turning Christmas story, that I could't put down until the end!!
