Honestly, you must buy this book if you have had tennis elbow, golfers elbow or stiff shoulder, epicondylitis, joint pain, RSI. I am so glad I got it.

After 5 years of pain and disability which started with a simple tennis elbow 5 years ago - I found the link to my progressive shoulder and elbow pain and swollen hands is ALL CONNECTED! Provides great stretching diagrams and online video links so you can do the stretches and strength exercises.

The assisted forearm stretch was my saviour and now I am healing. It was the forearm muscles that twisted my arms that were tight (pronation) causing golfers elbow and my right arm was bio mechanically out of synch but the exercise are working now. My osteopath healed my back and shoulder but this book was the only way for my tennis elbow.

Recommended!!!! Five star.
