Great book. If only there were more business books like this out there. This was recommended to me by a friend as a must read & I couldn't agree more. Loads of practical advice about how to be a successful landlord, as well as some superbly funny stories about some interesting tenants! I've really been inspired by the book & have started using some of the strategies with great results.

A good read - I've always wanted to buy to let but was put off as I didn't have the right information to be successful. This book helped me understand what potentially can go wrong and what I need to do to get it right. Loved the bits about the tenants, very funny!

This book in both extremely informative and highly entertaining.
I own a HMO/House Share in quite a working class area and have always found it a real slog. I wrongly thought that bad tenants, bad payers etc were just a way of life for this type of letting.
Using the some of the techniques in the book has made my life much easier. My property makes more money that ever before and both my tenants and I are happier.
Although it's mainly aimed at HMO's, many of the techniques, especially choosing and managing tenants can be applied to single lets.
The book is written in such a way that I felt the content was taken in first time and it's the first property book I have read that made me laugh out loud.
It's harder than ever to make money from property these days but this book makes both possible and a lot easier. Well worth a read.
