4.0 out of 5 stars A worthy tribute to the ill-fated show, 15 Dec 2001
By Mel J (Dundee, Scotland) - See all my reviews
Since 'Earth 2' was cancelled despite the promise it showed during it's first and only season, this book, which is a novelisation of the pilot, is a great keepsake to remember it by.

Melissa Crandell has such a good grasp of the characters, not to mention giving them an added solidty which was lacking in the actual televised pilot. She also provides more of a background into some of the characters, and allows Uly and True to play a more important part than they offered in the show. All in all, I think this is one of the best TV tie-in's I've read and even if you haven't seen Earth 2, Crandell writes an easy-to-follow and consise story
