Euclid Golf 2 Aug. 2005

Format: Paperback
A very well done historical perspective of this development; was an offshoot of an application to get the area placed on the historic register.
Euclid Golf Allotment; a pre war Garden City suburb in Cleveland 1 Jun. 2013
By Alan Gregg Cohen - Published on
Format: Paperback Verified Purchase
Euclid Golf Allotment is the story of a rather unknown pre war garden city suburb that adjoins and is overshadowed by it's much larger and more famous neighbor of Shaker Heights, Ohio. It is an interesting read to see how Euclid Golf was designed and marketed as compared to it's contemporary neighbor Shaker Heights. The book is full of early pictures of the community, it's layout and homes, besides it's complete history and its tie to John D. Rockefeller, the wealthiest man of his time.
