I was a smoker for 17 years, i read Easy way book and quit! I then sent the CD to my brother as I knew he was not much of a book reader but will probally listen to it in audio.
He has smoked for years, he locked himself away in his garage and listened to the CD for 6 hours with his ciggerettes and came out a non smoker and has not smoked since 9 days now, he says he has no desire at all to smoke and best of all he is not agitated or grumpy! and his wife is over the moon he has quit and so am I !

TRY IT TRY IT TRY IT! Allen Carr was a genius.

After smoking for 30 years myself I am delighted to say that I am now free of nicotine slavery and it is an absolute joy!

I can't help smiling to myself when i see those smokers huddled outside the pub, office, shop etc, addicted to the drug of nicotine

from the moment i extinguished my last cigarette about two weeks ago i have really enjoyed the freedom of being a non-smoker and the process has been so easy i wonder why i never thought i could do it before i got this book.

If you smoke and you want to get free of it and dont read books much this audio cd is exactly what you need, if you prefer reading buy the book instead :-)

I read this book in June 2006 after keeping it in my bedside cabinet for many months. I smoked the next day. I rang one of Allen Carr's clinics as I thought I would do better to attend to quit smoking. The lady I spoke to said read the book properly, it works, you don't need to attend a clinic. That night (with plenty of cigarettes) I read the book properly, re-reading several parts and even making notes. I had my final cigarette at 1.30am. I thought about smoking constantly for days (I played the cd's all of the time at home, in the car, constantly. It works, I never craved for a cigarette once. Unbelievable! Several friends have stopped smoking after reading this book too. DO NOT BE AFRAID! be free from nicotine for life! It's wonderful, honest!

Gives you food for thought, although did not make me feel free from the weeds. i had already stopped smoking for 3 weeks with patches but i plan to read again as an extra help.
