The phone is almost ideal, but I only have one niggle - an option to let all incomming calls (not just from the 4 presets) be automatically answered and go to hands-free would make it almost perfect.
Delivery was very quick, but the phone was returned due to the intended users untimely death. The phone never having been used.
The cost was promptly refunded, but minus a re-stocking fee. I have to say I'm not happy about that. So 4.5 stars for the phone, 5 stars for delivery etc, but only 3 stars for the returns policy
