I don't think so. As far as I am aware powerpoint is part of the microsoft office program. Of course sometimes this comes bundled with the pc.

I agree with M.J. Ross. Windows is Microsoft's operating system and Powerpoint is part of Microsoft Office which usually has to bought separately. Office can work on other versions of Windows, but earlier versions tended to be 32-bit, while most laptops now run on 64-bit.
