I have Davina's box set which is the Power of 3 dvd and the "My 30 minute workouts". IS this sufficiently different to those or should I buy a different dvd. As much as i love her box set - i get bored with teh same thing.
i have all of them and it is different, it is in 5 sections, which are abs, legs, aerobics (v hard) boxing,pump and cool down. it is well worth buying as i do 3 of the sections twice a week, 2 of the 30mins once a week and the full hour one once a week.
