I ordered this product without fully understanding what the product was about and how it actually works. I have also read the other customer product reviews and agree with some but not all of them.
If you are looking to buy this product, you should know that it involves re-using the original manufacturers empty cassettes and refilling them with the provided, continuous roll of plastic.
I understand some of the negativity regarding the refilling procedure but once tackled, its quite a simple, albeit fiddly procedure which involves removing the top off the original cassette and feeding the plastic roll onto the cassette, then clipping the top back on.
The plastic is a bit thicker than the original product, hence the fiddly refill procedure and I would reccomend only feeding 3 meters onto the cassette, which makes it easier to clip the top of the cassette back on. This will reduce the time between refills but makes it slightly simpler.
In summary, I would say that the process is simple once you've done it one or two times and it is certainly much much cheaper than buying in pre filled cassettes from Tommee Tippee or Sangenic, with the added bonus of being a bit greeener by recylcling the old empty cassettes and reducing the packaging required for cassette resupply.
If I was to suggest anything to Wrapooh, it would be in line with other customers suggestions of reducing the thickness of the plastic.
